Refunds, if provided, must be handled by North Gwinnett Football Association directly (they are not handled through SportsSignup).
- Registration Refunds:
- NO REFUND POLICY: I understand NGFA has adopted a NO REFUND POLICY and the decision to register my child is final. If you feel that you have an extenuating circumstance to warrant consideration, a written request must be received by the first practice of the season. These requests will be judged on a case-by-case basis. To send in a request for consideration, you will need to submit a letter stating the reason for the refund, along with proof of payment. If you paid online, please provide a copy of your online confirmation. If you paid by check, please include a copy of the cancelled check. A $50.00 processing fee shall be deducted from refunds that are granted by the Board of Directors to cover costs already incurred. All requests must be made in writing. Phone calls and emails will not be accepted or considered in any situation.
